Dinner

Early period Germanic/ Saxon dinner by Mistress Odette and Duchess Rylyn.

All menu items subject to change, based upon availability.

  • On the table; green salad, fresh vegetables, bread and butter
  • Pork roast with wine and apples
  • Roasted root vegetable (likely carrots, parsnips, and white turnip)
  • Cucumber Salad
  • Peppered apple sauce
  • Dessert: shortbread and poached pears in wine sauce.
